Terms of Service

1. The provider

Party Wall Flow is operated under the trading name Party Wall Flow. By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. The service

Party Wall Flow provides workflow assistance for UK party wall surveyors. It does not provide legal advice and does not replace the professional judgement of an appointed surveyor.

3. Account responsibilities

• Keep credentials confidential.
• Use the service only in accordance with the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 and applicable law.
• Ensure you have lawful basis to enter third-party personal data.

4. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing or harmful use.
• No reverse engineering, scraping or load testing without written consent.
• No use that compromises security or other users' data.

5. Fees and beta status

The service is currently in beta. Pricing, availability and feature set may change. Notice of material changes will be given through the app.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your case data. We retain ownership of the platform, design and clause libraries we provide.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate on notice. Statutory records will be retained as set out in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
