Sub-processors

Current sub-processors

We engage the following sub-processors to provide the Party Wall Flow service. We commit to giving 30 days' notice before adding a new sub-processor that processes personal data.

• Lovable Cloud (managed Supabase) — application database, authentication, storage and edge functions. Hosting region: European Union (Ireland).
• Lovable AI Gateway — AI model access for case summaries, dispute summaries and photo captions. Prompts are not used to train models.
• Resend (resend.com) — outbound transactional email delivery for cover letters, owner access invitations and response notifications.

Sub-processor due diligence

Each sub-processor is subject to a written data processing agreement and is selected on the basis of demonstrable security controls and GDPR-compatible terms.

Notification of changes

Material changes to this list will be announced through the application and via email to account holders at least 30 days before they take effect. The /legal/changelog page records each change to this register and to the wider legal pack.
